To avoid possible problems with production we are only accepting the file type listed below. We will not be responsible for artwork or product sent in non-compatible formats such as Macintosh or other non-industry standard formats.
Exceptions may be arranged if discussed with Engineering 30 days prior
Document files: PDF (adobe acrobat files) DOC(Microsoft documents), TXT(text), RTF(windows)
Image Formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIF (jpg must be in RGB)
Publication formats: AI(adobe illustrator), QXD (Quarks Express) , PSD (Photoshop)
Sound Formats WAV (windows PCM), MP3, MP2
Video Formats: MPG, AVI, ASF
