Q: Why Does my e-mail have [Suspected SPAM] in the subject line?
A: Our spam filter looks for key words in both the subject line and the body of the message
The key words that the filter is looking for are as follows.

| adviser | Subject and Body |
| blackjack | Subject and Body |

The following words are also checked. but how it checks is slightly different. Most spammers know that these words are always filtered so they try and disguise them... for instance if the word "spot" was an illegal word they would try and hide it by trying the following examples "S_P_O_T" or "S p O t" or "S**p**o**t"
Unfortunately trying to stop these words can produce a lot of false positives. For instance a filter designed to stop variances of "spot" would mark "special out" as spam as it contains "s" and "p" and "o" and "t" in the correct order.
The following words have these special filters activated on them: cunt, fuck, penis, sex, viagra.
